During my Easter trip, I had a good time at the hotel. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and the hot chocolate was heavenly. the location was perfect, being close to the ski lift and had easy access to transport. the ski rental next to the hotel provided quality equipment at a reasonable cost, making our skiing experience even more enjoyable.
The pool was under maintenance during our visit, which was a real shame as we were looking forward to using it. we found some staff members to be a little rude and dismissive, which put a damper on our overall experience at the hotel.
